What currency are the prices on your site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 7-10 days production time, before your order is shipped. Once your order is ready, you will be notified when your products are on the way.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. Customers have 15 days to return the damaged product for a full refund or a replacement. Unfortunately at this time, returned shipping is provided at your own expense. Please Include name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and be processed as a return it before receiving a refund or a replacement.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty once done in a timely manner. Our store is linked to an efficient printing shop who fulfills all of our orders. You must cancel your order before production.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If your orders consist of errors, simply reply to your order conformation email and provide the corrected information. Incorrect customer information can be changed within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours due to incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary, based on your location. Please allow 7-10 business days for production. You will be notified once the item is shipped.
